Hey there, little ghouls and goblins! Halloween is almost here, and it's time to have lots of spooky fun. But Rock and Grow wants you to
remember, safety comes first! Here are some tips to keep you safe while you trick-or-treat:
Costumes are Cool: Wear costumes that fit just right. They shouldn't be too big or too long, so you won't trip and fall. And don't forget comfy shoes!
Let There Be Light: It can get dark out there, so bring a flashlight or wear something that glows, like glow sticks. This way, you can see where you're going and others can see you.
Hold Hands: Always hold a grown-up's hand when you cross the street. Look left, right, and left again to make sure no cars are coming.
Stay on the Sidewalk: Walk on the sidewalk, not in the street. If there's no sidewalk, walk on the side of the road facing traffic.
Only Treats, No Tricks: Don't eat any candy until you get home. Let a grown-up check it first to make sure it's safe.
Say "No" to Strangers: Don't talk to strangers or go to their houses, even if they have candy. Stick with your family and friends.
Pumpkin Fun: Carving pumpkins is cool, but let a grown-up do the cutting. You can help scoop out the pumpkin seeds!
Friendly Pets: If you see a pet in a costume, ask the owner before petting. Some pets get scared on Halloween.
Have a Spook-tacular Time: Most importantly, have lots of fun and share your treats with your family. Happy Halloween!
Remember these tips, and you'll have a super safe and super fun Halloween! Boo! 🎃👻
